Deep Sea Ammolite Bracelet
Ammolite is a fossil gemstone composed of ammonite shells that have undergone a process of mineralization preserving and intensifying the natural aragonite in the shell, which produces the vivid iridescent sheen. It is found almost exclusively in the Bearpaw Formation of southern Alberta, Canada.
This bracelet features a stunning ammolite gemstone fossil which has been shaped into a polished bead. The ammolite is displayed between a pair of faceted black onyx beads and brass spacer beads. The rest of the bracelet is filled with Indian Bloodstone beads of greens and reds to compliment the central ammolite piece.
The bracelet measures 7" in circumference with some give and ships in a decorative box and includes a small information card about the specimen. The card serves as the certificate of authenticity and can be found underneath the padded lining of the display box.
